Au Pairs

Au Pairs are usually 20 to 30 years of age. They should have their own room, free board and receive pocket money.

The Government suggests minimum allowance of £60.00 per week, although we have found this inadequate.

Au Pairs are allowed to help for 25 hours per week plus 2/3 nights baby sitting. They are expected to help with light household duties and some childcare but not sole charge.
